The Department of Computer Science 12, Hardware/Software Co -Design, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, has hosted Ms. Maria Emilia Cueva Larreátegui, from Quito, Ecuador, as a cooperation student (DAAD IAESTE internship program) from June 1 to August 7, 2026.
During this time, Ms. Cueva Larreátegui worked on modeling dynamic power management strategies for ultra-low power IoT devices, under the supervision of Abrarul Karim, PD Dr.-Ing. Frank Hannig, and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Teich. She successfully concluded the cooperation with a final presentation on 7th August, 2026.
